Lucille “Mercy Lee” Washington

Lucille Washington, 85, who was affectionately known as "Mercy Lee," of Woodbine, Ga., entered into eternal rest June 11, 2024, at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Georgia.

Lucille's memory will forever be cherished by her children Jannie Everette, John Everette III, Lawrence Everette, Gale Gray and Theresa Everette; grandchildren, Ebony Everette, Michael Everette, John Everette IV (Ametria), Letha Tutton, Adrian Banks, Miranda Curry, Jovan Everette, Sophia Banks and Galatia Everette; sisters, Elder Edith Walker, Idella McNeil, Joann Washington and Dell Taylor; brothers, Ralph Washington, Benjamin Washington, Roosevelt Washington (Gloria), Joseph Washington and Booker T. Washington; sister-in-law, Lillie Bell Washington; and a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
